3 visits: £165 Includes Initial visit and survey find entry points etc. treatment plan, written report. 2nd follow up visit after 1 week then a final follow up visit in 3 weeks time to clear up etc.

 Basic house rodent service:

 2 visits: £115 Includes initial visit, short survey to find entry points etc. treatment plan, written report, 1 follow up visit. If rodents are still noticed after 2 week an extra visit may be necessary. Guaranteed to rid house of rodents and for 2 months after final visit. Specialist bait if needed £5

We can advise in proofing what is most likely to succeed however for extensive proofing DIY or outside contractors is preferable. Generally speaking, indoor proofing can be hit or miss.

Squirrels:

Usually at least 3 visits (£155) are necessary as there tends to be more than 1 squirrel. Guaranteed to catch at least 1 squirrel. Sometimes customers want the trapping operation extended. There can be multiple squirrels and we can advise the customer on this. Squirrels can only be humanely trapped using Defra approved traps as it is illegal to poison.

Rats and Mice Removal

We are rodent specialists, 95% of our work is mice and rat pest control in Brighton and Hove, Portslade, Shoreham, Woodingdean and Saltdean and help both domestic and commercial customers with their rodent intrusions. We use proven, tried and tested methods, combined with the safest, most effective and up to date, industry standard equipment available to the pest control industry that will empty buildings of rats and mice fast and help stop them coming back. Proofing, otherwise known as blocking the rodents entrances into the property, is extra however a small amount of proofing may be included in the initial charge. Most jobs are completed in 2 to 3 visits and all domestic jobs excluding homes come with a 2 month no rodent guarantee whether proofing is carried out or not. Permanent rodent exclusion may be dependant the type of property, the proofing and changes to the environment.

Many but not all jobs require some sort of proofing to be done. In some cases proofing materials may be recommended like air brick covers or sewer rat blockers to stop rats and mice getting back in to the property.

Please note that given the age of some properties, hidden voids or rodents coming from next door where there is no control of the problem may be the source and in which case other areas of pest management will be advised.

Flies and smells:

Through efficient bait placement and or traps the unwanted side effect is sometimes a smell or flies, these will clear over time and in theses cases the best remedy is open windows and Air fresheners.

We are at the front of innovative techniques, we were the first in 2009 to use trail cameras imported from America and place them around baiting points to study uptake and other rodent behaviour. We also pioneered the use of trail cameras in the study of rabbits as an agricultural pest. We were one of the first to use an indepth, top to bottom surveys and we developed new proofing techniques that are now standard across the industry and at present our advanced CCTV remote monitoring techniques are working out those problems that would of been very time consuming a few years ago. The knowledge built up over the years of working in a rodent intensive area such as the Brighton area and working closely with other industry professionals elsewhere in the country means we know how rats and mice use the different areas to their advantage and can deal with them quickly and efficiently. Every job is different, every job needs to be scrutinised and a plan devised.

Fleas

We can offer flea treatments for houses using a commercial flea spray either organic or industry standard. Both are safe around children and pets and both have a residual effectiveness of 4 to 6 weeks however usually only 1 treatment is necessary providing both pets and their bedding have been treated as well. Pet bedding can be washed at plus 60 degrees C to kill offf adult fleas and their eggs. Pets can be treated with vet approved flea treatments.

We can spray the floors of the whole house however our sprays are not suitable  for soft furnishings. Please clear all the floor areas that you want spraying and allow 4 to 6 hours for surfaces to dry.
